300 Series Extruded (TPV) Hose
OmegaFlex® extruded corrugated braided hose consists of corrugated 300 series stainless steel hose with one layer of 304 stainless steel braid, with an outer jacket of Thermoplastic Vulanizate (TPV). Several end fitting configurations can be used on the 300 Series extruded (TPV) hose. After fabricating a hose assembly using OmegaFlex’ 300 series extruded (TPV) hose, a .070” thick Polyolefin heat shrink sleeve is used to partially cover the end fitting and any exposed braided hose.
300 Series Extruded (TPV) Hose Materials
Hose Material: 300 series stainless steel corrugated hose conforms to ASTM A240.
Braid Material: 304 stainless steel braid conforms to ASTM A580
Jacket Material: Non‐Halogenated Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV)
Heat Shrink Sleeve: Polyolefin heat shrinkable sleeve
